1. Johdanto

Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä kerromme, miten käsittelemme henkilötietojasi HammTek-kampanjan yhteydessä. Sitoudumme suojaamaan yksityisyyttäsi ja käsittelemme tietojasi aina luottamuksellisesti ja tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti (kuten GDPR).

Kampanjassa kerättävät tiedot liittyvät suun terveyden tarkastukseen. Tietoja ei koskaan jaeta kolmansille osapuolille ilman suostumustasi, ja voit pyytää tietojesi poistamista milloin tahansa.

3. Miksi keräämme näitä tietoja

Keräämme tietoja tarjotaksemme sinulle suun terveyden tarkastuksen HammTek-kampanjan yhteydessä. Tiedot auttavat meitä arvioimaan suun kuntoa ja tarjoamaan tarvittaessa ohjeistusta jatkotoimiin.

Tietoja voidaan myös käyttää anonyymisti kampanjan vaikutusten arviointiin ja tutkimustarkoituksiin, mutta yksittäisiä osallistujia ei voida tunnistaa näistä tiedoista.

4. Miten säilytämme ja suojaamme tietojasi

Säilytämme kaikki henkilötiedot turvallisilla palvelimilla, joihin on rajoitettu pääsy vain niillä työntekijöillä, jotka tarvitsevat tietoja kampanjan toteuttamiseksi. Käytämme salattuja yhteyksiä ja turvallisia tietojärjestelmiä, jotka täyttävät EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) vaatimukset.

Tallennetut videotiedot ja terveystiedot liitetään ainoastaan sinun tunnistetietoihisi kampanjan aikana, eivätkä ne ole saatavilla ilman asianmukaista valtuutusta.

Tietoja ei säilytetä pidempään kuin on tarpeen kampanjan toteuttamiseksi, ellei lainsäädäntö edellytä muuta. Voit pyytää tietojesi poistamista milloin tahansa.

5. Kuka pääsee tietoihisi

Tietojasi käsittelee ainoastaan HammTekin kampanjatiimi ja valtuutetut asiantuntijat, jotka osallistuvat tarkastuksen toteuttamiseen. Tietojasi ei jaeta kolmansille osapuolille, ellei sinä itse erikseen pyydä ja anna lupaa siihen.

Jos tarkastuksen jälkeen olet kiinnostunut jatkohoidosta, voimme siirtää tietosi luotettavalle yhteistyöklinikalle – mutta vain suostumuksellasi.

Emme koskaan myy tai jaa tietojasi markkinointitarkoituksiin.

6. Tietojen säilytys ja poistaminen

Säilytämme tietosi vain niin kauan kuin on tarpeen kampanjan toteuttamiseksi ja mahdollisen jatkohoidon yhteydenottoa varten.

Jos et halua, että säilytämme tietojasi tarkastuksen jälkeen, voit milloin tahansa pyytää niiden poistamista. Poistopyynnöt voi lähettää sähköpostitse osoitteeseen support@hammtek.com.

Poistamme kaikki henkilötietosi ja videot tallenteet viimeistään 30 päivän kuluessa pyynnöstäsi.

7. Oikeutesi

Sinulla on oikeus:

saada pääsy omiin tietoihisi
pyytää virheellisten tietojen oikaisemista
pyytää tietojesi poistamista
peruuttaa suostumuksesi milloin tahansa
saada tieto siitä, miten tietojasi käytetään
tehdä valitus tietosuojaviranomaiselle, jos koet, että oikeuksiasi on rikottu

8. Suostumus terveystietojen käsittelyyn

Osallistumalla kampanjaan annat suostumuksesi siihen, että voimme kerätä ja käsitellä arkaluontoisia henkilötietoja, kuten terveystietojasi ja videokuvaa hampaistasi.

Tiedot kerätään ainoastaan suun terveystarkastusta varten, eikä niitä käytetä muihin tarkoituksiin ilman erillistä suostumustasi.

Sinulla on oikeus peruuttaa suostumuksesi milloin tahansa ottamalla meihin yhteyttä.

10. Muutokset tähän tietosuojakäytäntöön

HammTek sitoutuu päivittämään tietosuojakäytäntönsä säännöllisesti, jotta se vastaa käytäntöjemme, teknologiamme, lainsäädännön ja käyttäjäpalautteen muutoksia. Kun palvelumme laajenevat tai muuttuvat, voi olla tarpeen tehdä päivityksiä myös tähän käytäntöön.

Ilmoitus muutoksista

Merkittävistä muutoksista ilmoitetaan selkeästi sovelluksessa, verkkosivuillamme tai suoraan käyttäjille — riippuen muutoksen luonteesta.
Suosittelemme, että tarkistat tämän käytännön säännöllisesti pysyäksesi ajan tasalla. Viimeisin päivityspäivämäärä löytyy aina asiakirjan yläosasta.

Käytön jatkaminen merkitsee hyväksyntää

Jatkamalla palvelun käyttöä päivitysten jälkeen hyväksyt uudet ehdot. Jos et hyväksy muutoksia, pyydämme sinua lopettamaan palvelun käytön.

The data collected during the campaign is related to an oral health checkup. 2. What Data We Collect

At registration:

Name
Email address
Phone number
Payment details (handled by Stripe — we do not store credit card information)

On the checkup day:

Date of birth
Gender
Information related to oral health (e.g., previous treatments, symptoms)
General medical history (e.g., illnesses, medication)
Video recording of the teeth (using the HammTek device)

3. Why We Collect This Data

We collect your data to provide you with an oral health checkup as part of the HammTek campaign. The information helps us assess the condition of your teeth and offer guidance if further care is needed.

Data may also be used anonymously to evaluate the overall impact of the campaign and for research purposes — but no individual can be identified from this information.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We store all personal data on secure servers with limited access, restricted to staff who need the data to carry out the campaign. We use encrypted connections and secure systems that comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The recorded video and health data are linked only to your personal ID during the campaign and are not accessible without proper authorization.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary to carry out the campaign unless otherwise required by law. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

5. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your data is handled only by the HammTek campaign team and authorized professionals involved in carrying out the checkup. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless you explicitly request and consent to it.

If you’re interested in further treatment after the checkup, we may transfer your information to a trusted dental clinic — but only with your permission.

We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We retain your data only as long as necessary to carry out the campaign and to enable potential follow-up care.

If you do not wish for us to keep your data after the checkup, you may request its deletion at any time. Deletion requests can be sent via email to support@hammtek.com.

We will delete all your personal information and video recordings within 30 days of receiving your request.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We at HammTek are committed to regularly reviewing and updating our privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, and user feedback. As our services evolve, changes to this policy may become necessary.

Notification of Changes

If significant changes occur, we will notify users clearly either within the application, on our website, or through direct communication — depending on the nature of the change.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The last update date will always appear at the top of the policy.

Continued Use Constitutes Agreement

By continuing to use HammTek services after changes are published, you agree to the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the application and services.
