Käyttöehdot (FINN-EN)

Nämä käyttöehdot (“Ehdot”) koskevat osallistumistasi HammTekin suun terveyden kampanjaan sekä HammTek-palvelun käyttöä. Rekisteröitymällä kampanjaan ja käyttämällä palvelua sitoudut noudattamaan näitä ehtoja.

Lue ehdot huolellisesti. Jos et hyväksy näitä ehtoja, älä osallistu kampanjaan.

1. Osallistuminen ja kelpoisuus

Osallistuminen HammTek-kampanjaan on vapaaehtoista ja avoin henkilöille, jotka haluavat saada suun terveyden tarkastuksen HammTek-palvelun avulla. Rekisteröitymällä vahvistat, että:

Osallistut henkilökohtaisessa ja ei-kaupallisessa tarkoituksessa.
Antamasi tiedot ovat paikkansapitäviä ja totuudenmukaisia.
Ymmärrät, että kyseessä ei ole lääketieteellinen diagnoosi, vaan tukea antava tarkastus suun terveydestä.

HammTek pidättää oikeuden evätä osallistumisen tai palvelun käytön, jos annetaan virheellisiä tietoja tai ehtoja rikotaan.

2. Rekisteröityminen ja maksu

Osallistuaksesi kampanjaan sinun tulee täyttää rekisteröitymislomake, jossa annat nimesi, sähköpostiosoitteesi ja puhelinnumerosi. Osallistuminen sisältää 15 €:n tarkastusmaksun, joka maksetaan turvallisesti Stripe-palvelun kautta rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä.

Rekisteröinti vahvistetaan vasta onnistuneen maksun jälkeen.

Hyvityskäytäntö:

Saat täyden hyvityksen, jos peruutat osallistumisesi vähintään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua tarkastusaikaa
Jos HammTek peruu tarkastuksen, maksu palautetaan kokonaan
Alle 24 tuntia ennen tehtävissä peruutuksissa maksua ei palauteta

3. Mitä tapahtuu tarkastuksen aikana

Sovitun tarkastusajan yhteydessä HammTekin tiimi auttaa sinua täyttämään terveystietolomakkeen, joka sisältää:

Syntymäaikasi ja sukupuolesi
Tietoja suun ja yleisestä terveydentilastasi
Lyhyen videokuvauksen hampaistasi HammTek-laitteella

Tarkastus on ei-invasiivinen, tukea tarjoava eikä korvaa hammaslääkärin tekemää diagnoosia. Osallistuminen on vapaaehtoista ja voit keskeyttää koska tahansa.

4. Käyttäjän vastuut ja käytössäännöt

Osallistumalla kampanjaan sitoudut:

Antamaan oikeat ja totuudenmukaiset tiedot rekisteröinnin ja tarkastuksen yhteydessä
Noudattamaan HammTekin tiimin antamia ohjeita
Kohtelemaan henkilökuntaa ja muita osallistujia kunnioittavasti
Olemaan käyttämättä HammTek-palvelua tai laitteita väärin

HammTek pidättää oikeuden evätä tai keskeyttää palvelun, jos osallistuja rikkoo näitä vastuita tai häiritsee kampanjan kulkua.

5. Tietojen käyttö ja yksityisyys

Henkilötietojasi, mukaan lukien tarkastustiedot ja hammasvideo, käsitellään tietosuojakäytäntömme mukaisesti.

Emme jaa tietojasi kolmansille osapuolille, ellei:

Pyydät erikseen jatkohoitoa
Annet suostumuksesi tietojen jakamiseen luotetun hammasklinikan kanssa

Voit pyytää tietojesi poistamista milloin tahansa ottamalla meihin yhteyttä. Sitoudumme suojaamaan yksityisyytesi ja noudattamaan GDPR:ää sekä Suomen tietosuojalainsäädäntöä.

6. Vastuunrajoitus

HammTek-kampanja tarjoaa tukea antavan suun terveystarkastuksen, mutta ei lääketieteellistä diagnoosia tai hoitoa. Osallistuminen on vapaaehtoista ja omalla harkinnallasi.

HammTek ei ole vastuussa:

Mahdollisista terveysongelmista, jotka ilmenevät tarkastuksen jälkeen
Diagnooseista tai vaivoista, joita tarkastuksessa ei havaita
Epäsuorista tai satunnaisista vahingoista

Mahdollisissa terveyshuolissa suosittelemme ottamaan yhteyttä pätevään hammashoidon ammattilaiseen.

7. Osallistumisen peruminen ja palautuskäytännöt

Sinulla on oikeus peruuttaa osallistumisesi kampanjaan milloin tahansa ottamalla yhteyttä HammTekiin. Jos et pääse osallistumaan sovittuun tarkastukseen, pyydämme ilmoittamaan siitä mahdollisimman pian.

Palautuskäytäntö:

15 €:n tarkastusmaksu palautetaan, jos peruutus tehdään vähintään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua tarkastusaikaa
Jos HammTek peruu tarkastuksen, saat täyden hyvityksen automaattisesti
Alle 24 tuntia ennen tehtävissä peruutuksissa maksua ei palauteta

8. Loppuehdot ja yhteystiedot

Nämä käyttöehdot koskevat ainoastaan HammTekin suun terveyden kampanjaa. Osallistumalla hyväksyt edellä kuvatut säännöt ja sitoudut noudattamaan niitä.

HammTek pidättää oikeuden päivittää näitä ehtoja. Mahdollisista muutoksista ilmoitetaan selkeästi kampanjasivulla tai sähköpostitse, ja voimaantulopäivä päivitetään sen mukaisesti.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the HammTek oral health campaign and your use of the HammTek services. By registering for the campaign and using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the campaign.

1. Participation and Eligibility

Participation in the HammTek campaign is voluntary and open to individuals who wish to receive an oral health checkup using the HammTek service. By registering, you confirm that:

You are participating for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are providing accurate and truthful information.
You understand that this is not a medical diagnosis, but a supportive oral health checkup.

HammTek reserves the right to refuse participation or access to the service if false information is provided or if the Terms are violated.

2. Registration and Payment

To participate in the campaign, you must complete the registration form by providing your name, email, and phone number. Participation includes a checkup fee of €15, which is paid securely through Stripe at the time of registration.

Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

Refunds:

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled checkup.
If HammTek cancels the checkup, your payment will be fully refunded.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the checkup.

3. What Happens During the Checkup

During your scheduled checkup, a HammTek team member will assist you in completing a health form which includes:

Your date of birth and gender
Information about your oral and general health
A short video recording of your teeth using the HammTek device

The checkup is non-invasive, supportive, and not a replacement for a clinical diagnosis. Participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time.

4. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

By participating in the campaign, you agree to:

Provide accurate and honest information during registration and the checkup
Follow the instructions provided by HammTek team members
Treat staff and other participants with respect
Not misuse the HammTek service or equipment in any way

HammTek reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates these responsibilities or disrupts the campaign environment.

5. Data Use and Privacy

Your personal data, including your checkup information and tooth video, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with third parties unless:

You explicitly request further treatment
You give us permission to share your data with a trusted dental clinic

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with GDPR and Finnish data protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The HammTek campaign provides a supportive oral health checkup but does not offer a medical diagnosis or treatment. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

HammTek is not liable for:

Any medical issues that arise after the checkup
Missed diagnoses or health conditions not detected during the checkup
Any indirect or incidental damages

For any medical concerns, we recommend consulting a licensed dental professional.

7. Withdrawal and Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from the campaign at any time by contacting HammTek. If you cannot attend your scheduled checkup, please inform us as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

The €15 checkup fee will be refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled checkup.
If HammTek cancels your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the checkup.

8. Final Terms and Contact

These Terms and Conditions apply only to the HammTek oral health campaign. By participating, you agree to follow the rules described above.

HammTek reserves the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be clearly communicated through the campaign website or email, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
